Your happiness is our main priority. We are so confident that you’ll love our teas that we have a 100% happiness guarantee. That means that we are more than happy to issue a refund if you are totally unhappy with your purchase though.

Shipping
All orders take 1-2 business days to process for shipping. From there it is expected that your order will arrive within 2-5 business days.

Returns
Our return policy is pretty straight forward. We don’t have one. Well okay let me explain. We guarantee that you will love our teas because they're just that awesome. But in the 0.0001% chance that you don’t we suggest you share it with a friend who you think will. Sharing is caring amiright?

We won’t accept the opened tea boxes back for safety and to limit our carbon footprint. We suggest sharing any unwanted teas with friends and family that may enjoy them. The other alternative is that you kindly dispose of it in whichever way you see fit. We made all of our packaging compostable so that you can send it on to it’s next life as dirt with ease.

I started steep & mellow because I truly believe that everything we do is a by product of what we choose to nourish our bodies and minds with. I wanted to create something to help people protect their minds, bodies, and spirits against the hardships of everyday life.
