Let me introduce myself. My name is Meg. My friends call me Meg, Megs, or MP. You're welcome to do the same.

I started steep & mellow because I truly believe that everything we do is a by product of what we choose to nourish our bodies and minds with. I wanted to create something to help people protect their minds, bodies, and spirits against the hardships of everyday life.
